Hello to all our blogettes! Tonight we are posting together – the way it should be :} awww aren’t we darling ;}

So – invented a new cocktail in our spare time tonight… kid-free afternoons make for inspirational outcomes….

Step one – Add one (and a bit) generous shots of vodka (Ha! Who would have guessed!)

Step two – Add one decadent shot of cointreau.

Step three – Add a slosh of lemon lime bitters pre-mix.

Step four – squeeze an extra dash of lime juice for panache… oh panache is just what you want in a cocktail.

Step five – ENJOY! :} (as we have enjoyed so far…!!)

In other news… WE HAVE WARDROBES!!!! After several weeks of using Miss.I’s room for our clothes, the beauties have finally made it to the bedroom and aren’t they something!

Flatpack might have the consequence of frustration but antique furniture is not only BIG but HEAVY. Four men, (two managers in electronic systems engineering, a senior consultant in IT systems-architecture and a Director of Education) on an average of about $5000/day between them lifted, huffed, heaved and shifted our two antique wardrobes up the first flight of stairs from the garage, then the second flight to the deck level of the house….. only to realise the larger wardrobe wouldn’t fit past the front opening of the house… oops!!! Not too bright for supposed smart guys. That’s what happens when you drive a desk too long… Anyway….the wardrobes are in and they look fantastic and how good is it to have clothes sorted, and accessible instead of in suit cases and in other rooms!

OMG we have now been in our new house for 7 weeks and we are still finding places for things to go, sorting out filing, and finding our places in the order of the house: and no I NEVER leave the toilet seat up and Tiffany never leaves half full teacups around the house from the kitchen to the bedroom to living room :}

Next POST is our little man’s BIRTHDAY!!!!!! YAY He will be 7 on Thursday! More about Birthday traditions and all things fun on the next installment by Tiffster and Brettyboy :}
